Kitty is an excellent sounding board for a range of issues at all levels of an organisation. She brings sensitivity and practical solution. She is not afraid of conflict and is adept at managing difficult situations between others. She is very trustworthy and people feel confident discussing confidential matters with her. I worked with Kitty for a limited period of time, but got to know her quickly as an open and honest person, with a hands-on approach towards her work, with an aim for quality and efficiency. The work situation at that time was certainly not optimal, but Kitty showed a healthy determination to try and improve the climate. Kitty has a positive outlook on life in general, and wants to improve herself constantly through experience and education.
